This is an original artwork, part of The Word project. Inspired by illuminated manuscripts and medieval gilding techniques, it explores language and the idea of the ‘sacred word’ in an age when nothing is held sacred.
The design contains a message which reads: ‘I am what I create.’
A keysheet is included with the artwork that reveals its underlying structure (this can also be found at any time on The Word gallery page in the Calligraphemes link).
Framed and ready to hang.
